• Basic and execution retail projects for SPAR supermarkets in the province of Las Palmas. Budgets between €200,000 and €400,000.

• Execution project for SPAR supermarkets of the renovation of an industrial building for logistics use. Budget of €860,000.

• Execution project for Bolaños supermarkets the renovation of a 4-story building to be converted into a commercial space.
