Sustainable Experimentation Center in Gran Canaria.
Competition - 2021 / 3rd Prize / Organizer: Government of the Canary Islands
This project, currently in the design phase, is a unique building intended for socio-cultural use, with an emphasis on bioclimatic design that meets environmental and resource sustainability requirements. The project utilizes the site's terrain to create rammed earth walls that define the functional organization of the spaces to be housed, minimizing the carbon footprint and the use of concrete.
The entire building is organized around a courtyard, a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional Canarian patio. This courtyard serves a dual purpose for the entire building: as a pleasant social space and as a means of regulating comfortable environmental conditions through vegetation, controlling air circulation, temperature, humidity, and shade.
Uses: classrooms, conference rooms, exhibition hall, children's playroom, audiovisual projection room, media library, restaurant, and social recreation patio.

Landscaping for common outdoor areas of a hotel in Tenerife
Competition - 2018 / Honorable Mention / Organizer: Spring Hotels
Tropical-style landscape design featuring a sectioned swimming pool with a central island and pagoda housing a restaurant with show cooking. Sunbathing areas are also created around the pool, along with an outdoor thalassotherapy circuit.
This project reinterprets César Manrique's landscape design style and merges it with contemporary landscaping concepts, where enhancing people's sensory perceptions is the central focus of the entire proposal.
