• Execution renovation project for the Casablanca Hotel by Servatur at Gran Canaria. Budget of €2 million.

• Execution Project: Expansion of a floor at the Los Marineros Socio-Cultural Center for the Mogán City Council, with a budget of €1.2 million.

• Execution project for a 4-story office building for Dismarex in Gran Canaria. Facade and interiors.

• Basic and execution retail projects for SPAR supermarkets in the province of Las Palmas. Budgets between €200,000 and €400,000.

• Execution project for SPAR supermarkets of the renovation of an industrial building for logistics use. Budget of €860,000.

• Execution project for Bolaños supermarkets the renovation of a 4-story building to be converted into a commercial space.
